How do I renew my subscription?
You may renew (or extend) your subscription at any time, by logging into the "My Subscription" page (you will find the tab for this on the top right of the page) and simply selecting the magazine you would like to renew.

Alternatively you can phone us (on 0860 100 205) or e-mail us (subs@magsathome.co.za), please have your subscriber number handy. If you are calling from outside of South Africa please use +27 (21) 530 3255 or fax on +27 (21) 531 3143.

How do I change my contact details?
Simply log into the "My Subscription" page (you will find the tab for this on the top right of the page) and select "Edit my details" button.
Alternatively, contact us on phone, email or fax.

How do I change the email address for my digital subscriptions?
Simply log into the "My Subscription" page (you will find the tab for this on the top right of the page), select "Edit my details" button and update your email address.
If a password is associated with your previous email address it will now be associated with your new email address.

How do I reset my password for my digital subscription access?
Log on onto www.magsathomedigital.co.za select log in, click on the 'forgot your password' link and enter the email address associated with your account and hit Send.
An email will be sent to you which will include a link to reset your password. If you do not receive the reset password email, please check your junk mail folder.

Are there any other costs involved in subscribing?
No, all prices quoted are the prices to be paid and are inclusive of VAT (and postage for print subscriptions). Foreign print subscription rates include postage but not VAT.

How do I pay?
MAGSatHOME accepts Debit Order and Credit Card payment methods.
You may also make a direct deposit and send us the proof of payment. The bank details are: RamsayMedia, Nedbank, Business Southern Peninsula, Current account no: 1232 073 059, Branch code; 1232 0900.
Cheques or postal orders should be made out to RamsayMedia and sent to Box 596, Howard Place, 7450.

How do I give a gift subscription?
On MAGSatHOME you will select the subscription then progress to the check out where you need to fill in YOUR details (we need this for payment and future communications). There will then be a confirmation screen of your details with a button to prompt you to "Change Recipient Details". Click this if you are sending a gift and you can then enter the delivery details of the gift recipient.

Alternatively you can contact us with your details, the recipients details and your preferred payment method.

How long will it take for me to receive my first issue?
Our magazine subscriptions work in cycles, so it will depend on what time of the month your payment is received for your subscription. Generally for a printed monthly magazine it can take between 2 and 6 weeks for your first issue to reach you. Please allow for up to 8 weeks if you live in another country. Your monthly issues thereafter should reach you in the third week of every month.

Digital subscriptions will be available immediately once payment is processed. You will also have access to any archives attached to your subscribed publication.

What happens to my print copies if I'm away from my normal address?
If you're going to be away for two months or more we can suspend delivery. If you are residing at an alternative address for 3 months or more, give us a month's notice and we'll transfer delivery of your magazine to your temporary address (this applies to local subscriptions only).

Can I login to access my digital subscription from different locations?
Yes, Magsathome Digital is a website that can be accessed from anywhere using an internet connection.

Can I view my digital subscriptions on an iPad, Android or Kindle device?
Yes, our digital versions are iPad compatible and will work on other devices that support internet browsing. However, please note that viewing digizines on a cellphone is not recommended.

Can I download a digital issue for offline viewing?
Yes, a PDF version is available to download with every issue. Please note that when your digital subscription expires for a publication, you will no longer have access to your digital library to view any digital issues of that publication.

Do you give bulk discounts?
We give great discounts on bulk subscriptions and can tailor-make an offer for you. Please contact us for a quotation.

Can I purchase back issues?
Yes, you may purchase back issues via the MAGSatHOME website or through placing your order with our contact centre by calling 0860 100 205, or emailing subs@magsathome.co.za with your magazine selection, delivery address details and payment information. Dependent on stock availability of each issue, copies of the last 12 issues may be purchased.

How are the foreign or overseas discounts for printed subscriptions worked out?
A 50% discount is given on the nett cover price of the magazine - then the delivery costs are added.
